It's hot in Tokyo in the summer. The parks are filled with people trying to catch some air but all they get is a fat and dense porridge of carbon dioxide and pollution. Still, I like to roam these parks and it's surrounding at all times of the day. The contrasts between the different moods of the city is real here and some angles are pretty photogenic to me. The homeless suffers stoically...
